Christian Babin represents clients across all of the firm’s practice areas. His practice involves representing individuals and institutions in complex business disputes as well as colleges and universities in a variety of matters. He also represents clients in connection with government investigations, internal investigations, and federal and state criminal litigation.

Prior to joining Cloherty & Steinberg LLP, Mr. Babin was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jennifer P. Wilson of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, where he worked on a diverse set of civil and criminal cases at all stages of litigation.

Prior to his clerkship, Mr. Babin was an associate in the Boston office of an international law firm. In that capacity, Mr. Babin’s practice involved the representation of clients during sensitive internal and government investigations, as well as those involved in complex civil litigation. Mr. Babin also maintained an active pro bono practice, which notably included representing clients in a matter before the Supreme Court of the United States.
